Apps for music controls

I know there are a few apps for using the ipod music controls outside of the actual app, i.e. from the lock screen. None of the ones that I've seen though have the scrolling option.

Does anyone know of an app that does this?

Oh. That's not quite as simple as next track and play/pause.

I'm guessing the way most players work is with MPMusicPlayerController calls but this doesn't support a feature for jumping to specific times, as far as I know at least. If it did it shouldn't be too hard as you could get the length of the song and find the distance into the track the selector is as a decimal 0-1 and then multiply that by the song length and jump to that time...

But I don't know that it's possible really. What kind of app would you be looking for? Having this on a lockscreen?

I literally have no idea what any of that means. All I am saying is that it would be useful, when I double tap the home button, that as well as the stop/play/next/previous buttons, the track scrolling feature, already present in the iPod, is also displayed.

is there a music app that works like a old school tape recorder

basically i would want something that has

speed +10%
speed -10%
Jump 5 seconds ahead
jump 5 seconds behind

I listen to lectures on my phone, but the iphone app doesnt cut it
