Looking for iPhone/iPad apps that can help me with a small school.

*Point of Sale. iPad POS compete with student profiles etc. Hopefully accepts credit cards too.
*Attendance.
*Sending homework reminders to the cloud where parents can check and verify the assigned homework so they can't say the teacher never assigned HW etc.

I know these apps exist but don't know the names or developers.
