My girlfriend and I have an iPhone each and one Macbook pro which we sync with.

I got a new iPhone from the apple store as the home button broke, and I plugged it in to sync it. It seems some of my girlfriends apps have transferred onto my iPhone and while I can install some apps using my account, when it wants to update apps it keeps asking me for the password for my girlfriends account. When I type it in it says that I must enable purchases on this device and takes me to where I enter in credit card details.

How can I remove my girlfriends account/apps from my iPhone?
