i recently had to replace my hard drive in my macbook. which means that i lost all of my previous itunes media. i lost all music, ringtones, and applications. so when i got my new hard drive installed, i couldnt sync my iphone without it wanting to erase whats on my phone and sync the 2 apps that i had added to my itunes. is there any way i can copy all my apps that are on my phone to my itunes so that i can continue to back my phone up and sync my phone regularly? every time i try to sync the apps is says..

"Are you sure you want to sync applications? all existing applications and their data on the iphone will be replaced with applications from this itunes library"

someone please help. thanks
