iPod touch Apps from iPod to iPhone?

HI everyone!

I have been playing the game "Tap Tap Revenge 4" at my Ipod touch (don't remember the exactly model). Anyways, i don't use my Ipod anymore and I would like the game to get moved from my Ipod to my Iphone. I have synced both with itunes at my computer, but i still can't figure out what to do afterwards.

I have tried somthing like this before, but there i could just sign up to facebook, and then the app asked if i would dowload the old game from the other device. But "Tap Tap Revenge 4" can't be signed up to facebook.

The app allow you to dowload the old game to another device so i dowloaded Tap Tap Revenge 4 at my Iphone. BUT! The operativesysteme haven't been updated for a very long time at my Ipod and therefore I can't get Tap Tap Revenge 4 updated (I think both games needs to be equally updated and it requires IOS to updete the game).

Should i download an older vision to my Iphone or??? And how do I even do that??

PLEASE SOMEONE! Tell me what to do!!!

Backup your iPod to iTunes and then restore the iPhone using said backup.

it may work with iCloud backups as well, but I'm not sure.

Sync the iPod touch with your computer, plug the iPhone into your computer and click on the apps tab of your iPhone, press sync apps and select tap tap revenge 4. Or you could go to the app store on your iPhone and search for tap tap revenge 4, when you find it click download.
