Apps from jailbreak on other devices

Hi,

So i was just wondering if it was possible to download app on a jailbroken device, and then get that app on another device that is not jailbroken.
Because i wanted to try out a few apps that uses multiple itouches as a controller, and the ipad as a working area. But they main app for the ipad costs money, and since i have installous, i was wondering if i could just transfer teh app.
