I upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus to iPhone XR yesterday. When doing a restore yesterday, I received the message seen in the screen below. I received this same message with about 6-7 additional addresses. I don’t recognize any of them. At times my kids have put apps on my phones using their own Apple ID, but these addresses aren’t theirs either.

Any idea how I can figure out which apps these messages are associated with??

My first thought would be to install every update I could except for the apps associated with that other account. Whatever doesn't get updated, it almost certainly tied to the other account.

Skip that and they will remain with a cloud icon next to them after you get to the springboard. Delete and redownload the apps if it turns out you want them.
