Apps from second authorised laptop to Itouch won't Sync !

Hi there.

I have downloaded a free app to iTunes on my laptop. Its not my main iTunes account but this the laptop is Authorised. Why will it not sync the App to my Itouch. I do get an option to sync purchased items. Selecting this option does not Sync this free app to iTouch. Any ideas ?
