Apps go into edit mode when I tap on one

Something is causing my apps to go into edit mode where they wiggle and you can move them. It happens randomly when I go to open an app it thinks I'm holding it down but I just tap it. Not sure what triggers it. Any help would be really appreciated!

I think it may have been Gridlock but I'm not sure.

Does anyone know of an alternative to it? Not IconoClasm or iBlank because I use Dashboard X and I want to be able to put my widgets wherever I want them.

I think your issue might be Dashboard X.

I installed it to try it out and noticed that it would trigger edit mode very often. Got rid of it and it no longer happens.
