With this new iCloud and being able to see apps that are no longer on the device, is there anyway to get rid of them?

I don't need to ever download / see the Wimbledon 2010 app ever again etc etc and some others, but now they pollute the list. Did Apple take this into consideration?

Apologies if this has been mentioned before.

You can swipe and they will "hide" in the list. Is that what you are looking for?
