I'm not sure if this belongs under iPhone, iOS or what, but about the apps stored within iTunes on your Mac....do those contain any data from the apps? Or is that just the generic (plain, vanilla) app?

Right now, apps appear in iTunes on more than one Mac, and my iPhone syncs with one, but I thought of blowing away the apps in iTunes and having my iPhone sync with the other Mac.
