apps moving around without me moving them

Ive noticed my apps keep moving around. I'm the only one who messes with my phone so I know nobodys messing with it. It's done this a couple of times already, it seems like it puts back the home screen the way it came out of the box. Any one else having this problem

I thought I was the only one.
This happened on my iPod this morning.
I have a feeling it might be because I updated a bunch of apps at the same time, although that seems like a very strange reason.
And same her with it putting back the home screen to default.
The three other pages I have, besides the main home screen, seem to have their apps shuffled.
I have only bothered to fix my first home screen.

Anybody else experience this?

This happened on my 16GB 2G iPod touch firmware 2.1.1

This was happening on my iphone as well...the only thing that stopped it was a restore. (Not so helpful, I know, but I wasted a lot of time trying other things first.)
