Apps/Music disabled?!

Ever since the security patch download last week, apps and music on the iphone 3Gs have been somehow disabled?! they show up on the screen and in playlists but cannot play. Music I have downloaded from itunes is playable, but music downloaded by my wife from her itunes account is no longer able to be played?!

anyone else have issues with this?

Suggestions?
