This morning I went to use Find My Friends and I got a message that "This app is no longer shared with you. To use it you must buy it from the App Store."

Come to think of it, I tried to open NetFlix yesterday and it was the same way.

W.T.F.?!?!?!?

A LOT of my apps are doing the same thing. Viewing in the app store and clicking on the cloud icon quickly 'downloads' them again and all appears well, but why the hell did it happen in the first place and how to prevent it in the future?

Is this a bug with Family Sharing? I set that up around Christmas and have made NO changes. Nobody has left, etc.

Checking the purchased tab in the app store app, I see that several of my apps have the cloud icon instead of an "open" box now. Quite a nuisance, especially if I would go to open an app somewhere with connectivity issues.

I've seen some posts about this in the Apple Support forums and elsewhere from months ago, but no real solutions just workarounds. Zero explanation as to cause or prevention. I'm hoping this has been around long enough for someone to have figured it out.

Alternately, am I one of the first to report a sudden issue before the information makes the rounds? (It was so sudden and dramatic, I kinda expected to see news about an AppStore issue…)
