Apps not being restored to Folders in iPhone 5 / iOS6?

Is anyone else having an issue restoring their iPhone backup to iPhone 5 and the apps not being put in their respective folders? I've got 10 pages of apps whereas before I had two pages with folders that contained all of my apps.

Not here My restore was flawless. Everything ended up where it was supposed to.

This happens to me everytime I restore from backup. Pain in the rear.

This used to happen to me ALL of the time, but since iOS 6 (maybe even before, but this is when I noticed it), everything, thankfully, was in the right place. I was even surprised that iTunes didn't just fill the homepage of the larger screen with the first row of apps from the second page. Everything was exactly in the order it was on my iPhone 4.
