Apps not downloading

I decided to give the iOS 7 beta another chance. I've put it on my iPad and iPhone 5. My iPad works great, my phone however, isn't downloading apps. At all. It asks for my info then just waits. I can stop the process and the app goes away but the download never starts.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what's causing it?

Thanks for the link! Connecting to iTunes seemed to help me the most
