Apps not loading after restore from iCloud backup

I installed my new iPhone from an iCloud backup, but some apps are not completing the download. Those apps (WhatsApp, facebook, Instagram and Anki Flashcards) are stucking in download in the 7 o’clock position. I waited for 5 hours and nothing changed.

Has anyone ever had a similar problem? Any tips?
