Apps not optimized for screen size

Guys, is it just me or have some apps still not been updated for the iPhone 6 larger screen. Meaning they scale up and everything look blurry. How does Apple still allow this? Right now 2 major apps I use that do this are:

-PNC Bank mobile banking
-SiriusXM radio

What the heck?
