apps not resyncing

itunes is not resyncing my apps. i had vay on my phone but it was crashing, so i deleted it off my phone and tried to resync it back onto my phone but it wont sync back on. my itunes is also no showing my phone as having any apps. no green on my bar.

any suggestions what to do?
