I have jailbroken with redsn0w perfectly and now at iOS 4.2.1. But my apps installed on iPad with installous are not syncing back to iTunes even after clicking "transfer purchase". Apps downloaded on mac and shown on iTunes are not going to iPad either. I have checked appsync is installed and in installous sync app is on. Any clue?

May be I should rephrase. I bought this ipad second hand so there are a bunch of paid apps on it already. I know transfer purchase would not transfer those apps as I am not the authorized user. But after I authorized the iPad with my ID and installed my own app, they don't get on my mac. I have even deleted the apps from the original owner. My own apps (paid) from itunes will not get on iPad either.
Do I need to so a fresh restore to clear this up?
p.s. photos and books syncs fine.
