I jailbroke my iPhone 6 running 8.1 last week and most everything seems to be running just fine. However, ever since the jailbreak, my apps are no longer updating. I'm running the most updated versions of these tweaks:

CCQuick Pro iOS 8
Double Check
Handy Key
LockGlyph
NCSingleTapClear
Slide2Kill8 Lite
Springtomize 3

Any help would be great!

Boot up your device holding volume up. It will disable all your tweaks if you did it correctly

See if you can update any of your apps. At least that way, you can see if it's a tweak that's causing the problem for sure

Thanks for the tip! I booted and all tweaks are disabled but apps are still not updating.

Any other ideas?

same problem here. I one by one removed some of our duplicate tweaks but none have let my apps update. If there is a time frame to have the updates come through, then I did not wait for that before reinstalling them.

These are our duplicates.
Double Check
NCSingleTapClear
Slide2Kill8 Lite
Springtomize 3

I had the same issue....i had to reset all settings to get it to download and update again.

I tried it and it didn't work for me. It was worth the shot but Never fun to reset everything back up.

Still having the same issue. I'll have to keep uninstalling tweaks to see if one of them is causing this.

When you say not updating, do you mean the updates don't appear or they do appear and you just can't update them?

When I click on the update tab, no new apps show up as having updates available, and it's been that way for days. I can download a new app with no problems.

The only tweak I share in common with you is slide down to clear all apps.

All those all the tweaks you have?

Yes, that's all I have installed.

are we even sure it is a jailbreak issue.? my 5 and iPad mini are not jailbroken and have not had updates for days as well. i reset all settings and regret it since it took me hours to get back where I was,

Hmm? You're saying it could be an app store being down issue

Has anyone had any common apps update in the last 3 or 4 days?

How would I keep my JB if I don't want to lose it?

Also: is it safe to restore a non-JB iOS iCloud backup that was backed up on a JB iOS iPhone?

You can restore now to iOS 8.1 and jb again.
When Apple releases the next iOS version and stops signing 8.1 then you will be stuck restoring to non jailbreakable version.
And yes you can restore any type of backup back on with icloud. Either stock or jb backup will work.

If there is no updates available for what you have installed then it could take days, weeks or more with no updates.
Hope you guys know for sure there is a newer update of certain apps and your phone is not detecting it.
If not you're wasting yours and our time over nothing then.

I've thought the same on many jailbreaks. Why haven't I had a app update for 2+ weeks with some 50+ App Store apps running??? Must be the jailbreak but nope just nothing in the App Store has been updated...

I have 207 apps and have never seen a day go by without at least one update. I haven't seen one since I jailbroke so I'm thinking it's playing a part.
