apps on 2 ipads?

sorry guys, easy one i suspect....

when i install new apps on my Pro, i find they automatically install on my old ipad2 as well. how can i prevent this? i dont have icloud activated at all anywhere.

Settings --> iTunes and App Store --> turn off "apps" option. This will turn off automatic downloads for apps you purchased elsewhere.
