Apps/prefpanes that don't work at all (or right) in Lion

For the most part, all my apps work pretty fine, but Coffee Break Pro won't even run (http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/9712/coffee-break-pro-x).

Also, I think the Flip4Mac WMV Player plugin has some bugs in Lion (WMV files won't "loop").
