I recently upgraded my G4 Sawtooth from 9.0 Classic to Tiger. 10.4.7. I kept the OS 9. But then, I deleted all the OS 9 files by dragging them onto the recycle bin and deleted them. Is there anyway I can restore them? Because my apps are quitting suddenly.

Thanks:(

"Recycle Bin?" Are you using Windows? lol

No, you can't recover a complete OS after deleting it. I would reinstall Tiger again. How much RAM do have installed?

First things first, my apologies for the usage of a stupid term for the trash. haha. I have 833 MB ram. Actually most of the problem was started by the RAM.

I installed 512 mb ram on the computer. Restarted it. and it booted in the Classic OS. And then I had to reinstall all of Tiger again in a different hard-drive( I have two hard drives. a- 20 gig, b-120 gigs(2X60 gigs partitions)).
I installed the tiger in one partition of the 120 gb one.

I chose to retrieve files from the 20gig one while completely erasing it.

Then I got all the OS 9 files as well. and I deleted them..

What should I do now?
