I have a question and can't really find anything regarding this online. So, if I block certain app any access to the internet on my main account, would it also be blocked on guest account?
And the second thing - where can I find guest account logs, which ports/apps had any internet access?

If you use Firewall to block incoming/outgoing connections, those settings should propagate to the Guest user too.
Also, you can use Parental Control settings to restrict apps usage on the Guest user.
Also, also, according to the ACSP book, if you have FileVault enabled, Guest user has access to Safari only, and does not have access to any data on the startup disk.
As for the logs, I'm not sure Guest user maintain any. But, with a help from apps like WireShark you can do anything.
