iPhone Apps Stall on iOS 8.0.1

I never noticed this before until the past few days. I download an app from iTunes on my Mac and it shows as though it's downloading on my phone since I have auto-download turned on, but the app on the phone just "waits." I have to delete it and install from the App Store on the phone.

Anyone else have this issue?

Expanding on this, 8.0.2 has been available for more than a week and I would highly recommend that you update.
