iPhone Apps still beg for reviews despite turning option off

Turned off app review requests but have gotten begged by Warcraft Armory and AP News. Hit no thanks both times.

If these pop again, where do I report this? I thought this was a violation of the rules but apparently isn't getting apps rejected.
