Apps stuck loading

Hey, need some help...
These loading icons are appearing on my apps, only way i can remove them is if i force quit the program.
Any1 have a idea why its "loading"

They are running in the background. You have added a program that allows that.

Nevermind after a while of searching it was a new update to Backgrounder, to add badges to the running apps...
