Apps Suggestion for managing sound profiles

In Windows Mobile environment, there are several applications that can manage the sound profile of the phone i.e. you can set the volume to max and call that profile as outdoor, set it to 75% and call it Car, set it to 50% and call it Work and then you can keep changing between these profiles and the sound will be going off according to that profile.

That was a cool feature i loved in my WM6 mobile Phone. In iPhone i see only one option either increase the vol or decrease.

I assume that there must be some application in iTunes that does the above. Anyone knows any such application?
