Apps syncing to all devices

I have 2 ipads, 1 iPod and 1 iphone. One of the iPads belong to my son. Every time I purchase a game from the app store to sync on his iPad, it ends up syncing on all of my devices as well. I don't want every app syncing on my devices only his. I have changed our iCloud info so that his is separate from mine, but this still doesn't fix it. Any suggestions?

Sign out of your account on his "Store" under settings. You can also turn off automatic downloads for Apps, Music & Books from that same settings pane.
