Apps Taking Up Hidden Room!

So I just noticed that a lot of my apps are taking up a ton of hidden room I did not know about. For instance, Instagram is only a 23mb app, but its using over 1gb of space. Anyone know what's up with this? I don't save any of my Instagram pics, take the pics, post on Instagram, them delete them off my phone.

Same here with fb! All i do is just delete the app and redownload it. Matter fact i just stop using fb.
