Apps That Aren't Supported by 4.3.1

Hey guys, I just jailbreaked my iPhone4 using Pwnage yesterday to 4.3.1. I want two things specifically but can't seem to find them.
-I would like a MakeItMine type app that allows me to change the carrier name, and I can't seem to find one that works.
-Also, I am looking for a pattern swipe unlock app, such as AndroidLock, but can't seem to find one that is supported by 4.3.1.

Any guidance and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, I saw that, but I couldn't find the ones I just posted, and there was nobody saying whether there are upgraded versions.
