Apps that can use more than 4GB of RAM?

The new iMac allows for 16GB of RAM (based on available modules so far) so will more than 4GB of RAM be of use to any single app (ex Photoshop CS4 using 6GB) or do you need to run multiple apps (CS4 3GB, FCP 3GB, Aperture 3GB, Flash 3GB, GarageBand 3GB & OS X 1GB)?

Need to decide whether to bump up or not.
