My iPhone 4 has been running quite sluggish. Even after I remove all background apps and reboot. Anyone know of some apps that slow down the phone? (Jailbroken ones obviously)

This is what I have:

BiteSMS
CallBar
Clear Lockscreen
Dreamboard (not used)
FaceBreak
FakeCarrier
FBphotosave
FlashCam
FolderEnhancer
FreeSync
Gridlock
MemoryTap
SBSettings
Springtomize
Weathericon
Winterboard

I have some themes and such downloaded but none of it is used besides a black retina icon for bitesms

I know thats quite a few JB apps and I probably shouldn't have that many, but do you guys know which ones really stand out?

Mmh.. I know Mobile Notifier 5 does lag down the iPhone 4 fairly well. When I have 40+ notifications unchecked it makes unlocking the phone a rather unpleasant experience. Often the slider bar will drop to 1-2FPS and often freeze for a few seconds before unlocking the phone.

The only jailbreak-required apps I have installed are SBSettings and BiteSMS. As a general rule of thumb, the less you install the faster your phone will be. Other than those apps just mentioned, I only have 7 Apple apps installed. Phone is snappy as ever.

I'm sure it is, but doesn't that limit what you can do with it?

Never heard of FreeSync so that might be it. Springtomizer looks like a possibility since it changes so many things on your phone at once. Might also wanna try uninstalling Dreamboard since I had major issues with that one on my phone.
