Apps that will make slideshows.

i know that iphoto and i movie will but i have been umimpressed with the few transition effects etc in them. does anyone have any other recommendations for alternative software that does the same thing?

If so, check out Keynote.

Flash will work as well and you can design and make your own transitions.
