Apps Unable to update

Is anyone having an issue on Beta 3 whereby apps are unable to be updated?

I originally had an issue during the update to beta 3 where all apps were stuck on 'waiting' I managed to resolve this by removing them all on itunes and then adding them again, however, it seems that when I attempted to sync with itunes all the apps revert back to 'waiting'

Probably cause your on 3G if its not that then Idk

It's not, I've tried with Wifi on and off and signing out of the app store
