Ok Everytime I try and install a app onto my series 4 it tells me it needs to be updated. All my apps are updated and I have restored the watch and set up as new with no luck. Anyone else having this?

I have this with a couple apps. You need to wait for the developer to update their app for compatibility. Some while having released an iOS 12 update for compatibility, they haven’t released an update for the series 4 watch.
 
Mines every single app just not a few. None will load. What apps have u got to load?
 
I ran into this with Nike Run Club. To fix it, I uninstalled the app on my phone, then reinstalled the app, and it worked.
 
All the apps I use loaded except for a couple of smart home specific ones. Philips Hue app being the one I remember off the top of my head.
