There are none as Apple will not accept any app using any 3.0 feature until the final release of 3.0 to the public.
No apps can use push. Push is in private testing for 3.0 developers. Production push servers aren't turned on and no push-capable apps are allowed until 3.0 is final. You won't see push apps until this summer, unless you get on the private beta testing team of any developers writing push apps.

But yeah, it's only for developers. If apple were to allow these apps to go into the AppStore, theoretically only developers would be able to run those apps.
Of course if you have a way with words, then you also could be asking if any developers have released code to other developers...in that case, I have not.
