No this isnt a thread complaining about the no video recorder app or MMS app, this is a thread talking about the apps that are awesome but have yet to come out.

Anything on touch fighter?
 
Spore comes out on Sep 7(my birthday btw) for the PC so look a launch around the same time if not the same day.

I also know that Kroll is scheduled for a September launch as well.
 
1) MacRumors app (arn, are you listening?)
2) Starbucks... for the cool factor
3) Lots of consumer apps that integrate with services like RedBox, banking, ordering food, scanning barcodes, etc.
 
i want a podcast downloader app, or at least an update to the WiFi music store so you can keep your podcasts up to date without going to a computer.
 
I Would love to download podcast on the fly.I'm waiting for the xm app so I listen to xm radio streaming.When I had my ipod touch jailbroken before the Netflix app was great really easy to add movies on the fly.The app where you can download youtube videos I loved I want to see that app.I wish pressdisplay would come out with app so I can read my newspapers offline.The app I really want is more radio stations I want to listen to my Toronto stations when I am out of town but not any stations work as this time on Iphone or touch.

What apps do you really want to see made available for the iPhone/iPod Touch? I'll start with a couple:

1. TV Guide application (for when you're at a friend's house and they only have basic cable with no program guide).

2. Business card OCR app - take a photograph of a business card and process it for integration into your contacts database.
 
Netflix, Hulu, etc... Viewer Apps

Would love to see NetFlix or Hulu develop an app to watch their instant movies/tv shows via iPhone and touch. I would honestly be fine with this just for wi-fi, as I know it would suck up huge amounts of bandwidth. For Hulu, I would even be fine with watching their ads the way they get presented now.

Any word about these?
 
I'd love to be able to store Office and .pdf documents locally, and be able to refer to them at anytime without having to download them from my email. The ability to edit them would also be nice.

A video recording program would also be good.
 
Espn app Something along the lines of espn MVP thing on verizon its a great app would love it on my iphone

a Tv guide app would be great as well

Netflix something to mannage your que search movies etc
 
I'd like an app to schedule ring style

e.g. Silent during nights, vibrate during work/school, vibrate & ring for the rest
