this morning my Ipad 2 (3G 64G) will not open third party apps down loaded from App Store. They seem to open for a second and then close. All native apps like mail/safari etc all open fine. I have not yet upgraded to the new OS as I use this ipad to obtain my works email and they have some concerns about the security with the new software so I am using the next to latest OS.
Any thougths? I reset with sleep/home button but that didn't do a thing. Also forced as sycn which one post I say suggested this.

SOLVED - deleted one app and then reinstalled and now all third party apps are accessible. Not sure why this would work but I did upgrade a couple of the apps yesterday when I got the "upgrade" icon notification.
