Apps wont open after syncing with Itunes??

I've jailbroken my iphone 4 on Straigh Talk and most of the apps i've downloaded have worked great, well i get home last night and sync with Itunes and after that i tried opening several of them up and it blinks for a minute then returns to my home screen, any ideas why they wont open up, this is the second time this has happened?

Did you un jailbreak your phone somehow? Cracked apps don't run without AppSync

Can you elaborate a little about AppSync, i cant seem to find it in Cydia or the App store?
