Other Apps Won’t Open Up From Google

Hi I’m pretty much completely on Google apps on my iPhone.

With the Gmail app when I get a Face Book or YouTube link in an email it opens up in the mobile site vs the app.

Is there a way to have the app open I up from gmail or Chrome?
