Apps won't remember my credentials

The only app that seems to maintain my credentials is the ESPN app. All the other apps (fox now, abc, PBS, NBC sports etc.) seem to work for a time after I verify my cable provider and then slowly, one by one, over the course of a couple weeks, I have to go back through and reverify. Does any one else have this problem and is there a fix out there?
