i click on update apps and i get a message saying "We could not complete your itunes store request. The network connection was reset. Make sure that your network connection is active and try again."(first pic). I can connect to the itunes store normally, the itunes network diagnostics said everything was fine, and i can connect to the internet. I have avg 8 free version and windows firewall. i have tried to uninstall all 4 parts of itunes and reinstall them, reauthorized and reauthorized my computer, and turned off the firewall. also when on my iphone and i try to update apps i get a message saying "Cannot connect to the itunes store"(second pic)...
