So here is the deal, I created an account in the mexican store (yes I'm from Mexico) but since the U.S. store is far better I wanted to change to it. So I went to my account > change country > U.S. and it didn't let me change because I don't have a credit card, but I noticed that the change could be done through an iTunes gift card.
Long story short, I went to the U.S., bought a $15 iTunes gift card, changed my account to U.S. with the code and threw away the gift card. So here I am, weeks later trying to purchase an app but the store won't let me because it says that "payment information is required", I tap continue to sign in (I was already signed in), type my account password again, then it sends me to my account information page (credit card: none, obiously) and then I hit the "done" button.
Finally it sends me an alert message saying "confirmation required, do you still want to buy ---- for $---?" I hit the "buy" button and then I'm trapped in an infinite loop of: payment information required message> account info page > confirmation required message...the same steps I did earlier.
