Appstore says i have an update but i dont

Like the title says my appstore has the number 1 next to it but when i load it and go to updates it doesnt find anything so when i exit the app its fine but then soon as i respring or restart the phone says 1 next to appstore its doing me nuttin lol, any advice before the phone takes a dive out the window?

This usually happens when you pirate apps. Try buying your apps.
