Appswitching gestures with fingers

I am also curious as to what this is. I've tried googling and searching the cydia store for hints to a fast app switcher like this but have, thus far, found nothing.

Enable multitasking gestures in redsn0w does that. It is a four finger swipe. Difficult on the phone.

Ok, I jailbroke my iPhone with pwnagetool from 4.3.3 stock. Are my options still open to redsn0w w/o having to restore and jailbreak again to get this functionality?

Yes, just uncheck the install cydia option and check the multitasking one.

Also, know that it doesn't play well with apps that use 4 finger touches like Smule's Magic Piano. I've got to turn it off to play anything on hard because the app crashes.
