There is no such as thing as "normal" for it, AppSync is an App the allow you install stolen app on your iphone and sync it back to iTunes, Discussing in the forums is against the rules and personal advice just stay away from it.

The only appsync I know of is a mod to allow you to install cracked apps. If there is another appsync that's unrelated to cracked apps, I don't know anything about it.
