AppZapper for Final Cut Pro HD?

Hi

I have Final Cut Pro 4/HD on my computer and won't need it for a year until I start university on a media course so I thought I'd uninstall it till I need it again. Is AppZapper ok to use for uninstalling Final Cut Pro 4/HD and LiveType, Soundtrack and compresser etc?
