appzapper

I had downloaded KaraTunes: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/ipod_itunes/karatunes.html

I did not like it so I dropped the app into appzapper and restarted itunes but I can't get rid of the karatunes icon that keeps showing up in the menu bar of itunes.

any suggestions?
